James & Stacy — chasing Cozumel sunsets, one trip at a time

There are some places you visit, and then there are places that become part of your heart. For us, Cozumel has always been that place.

What began as a vacation quickly became a tradition, then a dream, and eventually a place we were fortunate enough to call our second home. After countless visits, we knew we wanted to share this incredible island with others, which led us to purchase two beautiful ocean view condominiums at the landmark of Cozumel.

Every time we arrive, we're reminded why we fell in love with this island. The turquoise Caribbean waters, breathtaking sunsets, warm ocean breeze, and welcoming people create a feeling that's difficult to put into words. Life simply moves at a different pace here. The landmark is, in our opinion, one of the finest luxury condominium properties on the island. Perfectly situated on Cozumel's southwest shore, it offers spacious accommodations, exceptional amenities, beautiful tropical landscaping, and some of the most spectacular sunset views you'll ever experience.

Whether you're visiting to scuba dive the world-famous reefs, snorkel the crystal clear waters of El Cielo, relax on the beach, explore the island's rich culture, or simply reconnect with the people you love, we hope you'll experience the same magic that keeps bringing us back year after year.

Our goal is simple, to provide a beautiful place where families and friends can gather, make lifelong memories, and experience everything that makes Cozumel so extraordinary.

We can't wait to welcome you to our little piece of paradise.

About the Island

Cozumel, Island of the Swallows

Cozumel is an island with a story as captivating as its turquoise waters. The name comes from the Mayan name, Cuzamil, meaning "Island of the Swallows" — a connection that makes these graceful birds an enduring symbol of the island's identity.

Long before visitors came to explore its reefs, Cozumel was an important Maya trading and pilgrimage destination associated with Ixchel, a deity linked to healing, childbirth, and weaving. Today, you can discover that heritage among the ancient structures of San Gervasio.

Then experience the island's living culture through local food, artisan creations, music, and community celebrations. From the colorful energy of Carnaval to the traditions of El Cedral, Cozumel invites you to look beyond the beach and connect with its people and history.

Spend your days diving spectacular reefs, snorkeling clear Caribbean waters, exploring San Miguel, or finding a quiet place to watch the sunset. Come for the beauty and discover the warmth and character that makes this island a place you'll want to return to.
