Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Yes — both condos have reliable high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, perfect for remote work, streaming, or sharing your vacation photos.

Absolutely. As our guest, you have full access to The Landmark's resort amenities including the pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, and beautiful tropical grounds.

We work with a wonderful local chef who can come to your condo and prepare 2 or 3 meals for the day. Menus are customized to your preferences, and everything is cooked fresh with locally sourced ingredients. Just let us know when you book, or reach out during your stay.

We strongly recommend reservations at Buccanos and Bajau, especially during high season and weekends. For the others, reservations are appreciated but not always necessary. We are happy to help you book when you arrive.

Condo 509 sleeps up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Condo 510 sleeps up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Yes — each condo has a portable crib available for your little one.

We collect a refundable security deposit to protect against accidental damage. It is fully returned within a few days of checkout provided everything is in good order.

Cancellations made 60 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Anything under 30 days is non-refundable — however, we can rebook your stay for another date as an option.

Yes — guests can arrange a shuttle service, private car, or taxi right at the airport upon arrival. If you prefer, we can also coordinate reliable private transportation in advance. Just let us know your flight details and we will handle everything.

Your condo is professionally cleaned before your arrival. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mid-stay tidy and linen change is included. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee if desired.

We love pets, but unfortunately The Landmark does not allow animals in the condos. We apologize for any inconvenience.

No smoking is allowed at all — not inside or outside the condos. Smoking outdoors is also illegal in Cozumel.

Yes — both condos have in-unit laundry, including a washer and dryer. Condo 510 also has a dedicated laundry room. Detergent is provided.

Yes — every bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer for your convenience.

The condos are fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, coffee maker, basic spices, and toiletries to get you started. We recommend bringing reef-safe sunscreen, a good hat, and your sense of adventure. A detailed packing suggestion list is sent after booking.
